Hotel Indigo by IHG needed a cross-channel campaign to re-engage travellers to their brand. They wanted to drive consideration of the brand among those in the market for luxury/ premium hotels.

Our Solution

YAHOO and Hotel Indigo by IHG commissioned On Device to conduct a robust brand lift survey across those that were exposed to Digital-Out-Of-Home, Mobile & Display activity, harnessing demographic-and-behaviourally matched control group to isolate the KPIs of brand impact.

Tic  +6% pts more likely to agree the hotel offers a friendly and hospitable service. 

Tic  65% responded positively to the creative.
